We recognise the importance of finding a placement that specifically meets the individual needs of the young person.

Our approach is to thoroughly assess the background information available from the placing authority and to match this profile with that of the other young people in our various homes.

We will only accept a new placement where we are confident that we can effectively support their individual needs in a suitable environment.

Where possible we will seek to meet with young person to discuss their attitude to the proposed placement and if appropriate arrange for them to visit the home prior to placement.
